It is true that you can find beauty and relaxation all in one place.  When you visit Lake Point Park Disc Golf Course you will experience a get away from the busy hectic world. Lake Point Park Disc Golf Course was established in 2008 in Heflin, Alabama. The course is surrounded by gorgeous woodlands and breathtaking views of the mountains and lake.   Lake Point features a permanent course type with 18 holes consisting of 4955 feet to 5955 feet.  The landscape of the course features beautiful but moderately hills and wooded areas.

Directions: I-20; exit #199, Heflin. Go north, down the hill on Almon St. to a left at the “T” on Hwy 78, 4 streets to a right on Hillcrest. Go to the top, cross RR tracks and turn left on Mountain St., 200 yards to the park. Park by the pavilion – 1st tee just through the gate.

Course Description: First 2 holes go across an earthen dam, then 3 holes in the woods. The back 9 opens up, then a 450’ finisher to a terrace.
